01How do I register for the marathon?
Head to the Registration page, choose your distance (Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K or 5K), fill in your details and pay the entry fee online. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your race number and next steps for setting up your fundraising page.
02What is included in the entry fee?
Your entry fee covers your race bib with timing chip, a participant insurance policy, GPS live on-course tracking, a race-day T-shirt, medals and certificates for finishers, chip-timed results, our digital training plan and a portion that goes directly to our charity partners.
03Is there a minimum fundraising amount?
There is no minimum - all fundraising is voluntary. We encourage a goal of at least $100 per runner, and our fundraising kit gives you ready-made templates for emails, social posts and team challenges to help you get there.
04Can I get a refund or defer my entry?
Entries are non-refundable, but you can transfer your entry to another runner up to 30 days before race day (a small admin fee applies). You can also defer to the following year up to 14 days before the race. All requests are handled by our support team.
05How do I submit my race day proof of time for a faster starting corral?
During registration you can submit a recent race result (within the last 18 months) that shows a finish time. Our team will validate it and assign you to the appropriate starting corral.
06Is there a time limit for the full marathon?
The full marathon has a course time limit of 6 hours and 30 minutes. The half marathon limit is 3 hours 30 minutes, and the 10K / 5K have no cut-off - walkers are welcome to enjoy the fun.
07What aid stations and support will be on the course?
Aid stations every 2 km offering water, electrolyte drink, fruit and energy gels. Medical teams are stationed along the route and sweep vehicles accompany the last runner. Pacers cover common target times for the half and full marathon.
08How can my company become a sponsor?
Simply use the Become a Sponsor form. Tell us about your organization, pick a sponsorship type and budget, and our Sponsorship Lead will reach out with a tailored proposal. Sponsorships start at just $1,000 for community partners.
09Do you support adaptive athletes?
Absolutely. We offer adaptive categories including wheelchair handcycle, para-athlete categories and support for visually impaired runners with guide runners. Select the adaptive category during registration.
10Where should I stay if I am traveling for the race?
We have a network of partner hotels within a mile of the start line offering race-day discounts and early breakfast service. Check the Contact page and ask our team for the current partner hotel list.
11Are pets allowed on the course?
Only officially registered service animals are permitted on the course. We do, however, host a family-friendly 5K where well-behaved dogs on short leads are welcome alongside their owners.
12Where do I find my official race results?
Results are published live on race day as runners cross the line, and available on our results page by bib number. You will also receive a certificate download link by email within 24 hours.
